In Japan,you can divorce with very easy and simple procedure.Just sign and　file a divorce paper.That is all.

  However,sometimes this is not easy because your partner(spouse)  refuse to sign divorce paper.In this case,there is no option but to sue for divorce and get divorce decree(permission).To get divorce decree,you need valid reason to terminate a marriage,such as cheating,violence,overspend,long period separation,and other serious reason not to continue marriage.Naturally,a spouse who make a divorce ground like cheating can not seek a divorce.
